Its time to post up some progress of my s14 build "Yes another s14"

When it comes to drifting im very much un-known ive done about 4 years of building setting up and competing in this car.
DSC_4410.jpg

Ive wanted to build a comp drift car for a lot of years now and am finaly in the position to go for it. I am not a mechanic, fabricator or an engine tuner but im hoping to show that with a bit of back ground and a lot of ambition i can build a awsome drift machine. I will also be using lots of ideas from other peoples build pages.

Any advice you can give of if you spot anything i could be doing better just post a comment. If your in the aberdeen area drop me a comment as well.

Right it starts with a 23 hour drive down to gloucestershire and back to pick up the car

looks like youre gonna be doing a proper job on this mate, looking forward to following and seeing how the build goes!

Thanks for the comments i hope to make some big progress over the next few weeks. maybe get some cutting done!

Alright dude, welcome along. There's loads of folk in the Aberdeen area with more s-bodies per population head than anywhere else in Scotland by a long shot. There's plenty of knowledge up here if you need any help or advice. We all meet up once a month for food or a piss up etc around Aberdeen. You'll have to get yourself along. There's also various night time activities that I'll explain in person. :)

good to see a local project going together.

If you need any help with painting, fibreglass parts , kevlar/carbon stuff....or just a hand in general with mechanical crap gimme a shout. I have too much spare time on my hands and I'm only up in the broch.

Fuk maaaan you have gone all out! If that was any lighter it would fly, even with 10j wheels it was sketchy so your gonna need a poo bag attached to the driver seat :)

I see my pikey brake mods are still in lol

Did you still want the front arb?

Ha yea and im about to cut the boot and the arches out so its going to be ultra light. Don't wory about the ARB im thinking about a custom one and it comes with the mounts so don't worry about it
