just on the offchance that the venue is fully booked and you arrive after the 35th driver, you would then be £140 AND have wasted a whole day that you could have been doing more useful stuff. Just another way of looking at it ;)

BTW this isnt a personal dig at Teesside organisers, cos Ive never drifted here before, but PLEASE dont let any more than the agreed 35 drivers on the track. Crail have fucked us about for a good many SXOC events letting people pay on the day even though Kev and the Crail organisers had an agreed price and terms. Obviously this isnt a closed day like the SXOC ones, but still...

Millay I'm sorry if i have came across like that bud! Like I said I under stand that Yous have worse weather then us and I did say I never ment it nasty in any way, I was just trying to explain how I read and understud the t&c which seems very fair on teesside's part, I used to drift at teeside about 6 or 7 years ago then it was stop cause of noise and shite! Then they started again then it stopped!! And now it's going once more I don't wanna see it get shut down again because a couple of daft arguements about t&c :(It's simple if you just wanna pay on the day then great , but what if you travel from the Borders and get there then there's already 35 drives, you've wasted more then 60 quid just getting there :( Lik I say I just don't want Jen and the others who orangise the these events in there own time to read this thread a think this is just a piss on and think it's not worth the hassleI'm not on to winge in fact I want the exact opposite, just want a good day out for everyone as let's face it that's that everyone wantsAgain sorry if that's how I've came across but don't wanna see the northeast lose are best and only track for the sum of 60 quid
 
If you turn up on the day I WILL NOT LET YOU ON unless your name is on the list and have turned up before the 35 has been met if you choose to pay on the day which Im not overly happy about do not kick off at me if I say pack up and ship off home due to numbers because I will be stressed and anyone who pisses me off on the day WILL BE BANNED FOR LIFE FROM MY TRACK this will include other drift days/karting organized by other people too do I make myself clear?
I pride myself on having a fun well run and relaxing event where you come to enjoy yourself where you leave feeling that the organizers care about you the day you have had and not just about the money taken and sio I hope that comes across even though we have had to put t&c's on this and future events

I Haven't paid because im having a real problem with my car and not sure if i'll be able to make it :( but if i can, i will.
 
Is pre-pay avail until 35 have paid, or would you remove the pre-pay a day or so before the event even tho it aint full to allow ppl to pay on the day? Basicially if 35 aint paid by say 8am on 31st Dec would I be able to pay via paypal before coming down?


No one is kicking off, and no one will do on the day, we all know the score on the 35 limit, so no need to be stressed.

Awesome, that's cleared that up nicely :) I think most people can appreciate how difficult a job you have, maybe just the odd one or two that would spoil it.

Really REALLY looking forward to this, the track looked epic when we were there for JDM Allstars in the summer.
 
yes john my v8 is coming......i will pay up tonight for my car jen i dont wanna miss out on this. just need me to find a big L plate for the back lol
 
To clear the 35 driver limit thing up if there are spaces you can pay on the day if 35 ppl have already prepaid there is no pay on day will publish the numbers regually to keep you all infoed if you wish to pay on the day you will be running the risk of being turned away due to the number of people who have said they might come once I have payment from 35 drivers I will turn any late comers away it is first come first serve . I will not be on here until the 28 th as it is christmas and im not working again till then. Hope everybody on here has a merry christmas and will see you on new years eve.

If I pay via paypal, do I need to print the receipt out or can I just enter my name, car reg no etc as my printer has packed in. I can access emails on my mobile, so can show it as proof if need be?
 
ahh cool, well i put in my username on here anyway, ill print the reciept before i come down aswell. onna be a bloody long day for us northeners......that and i roped myself into tyre fitting duties in the morning.....haha
