Tein Warranty

Does anyone know how long Tein Warranty is for?

Looks like me left dampener's seal has gone and theres an oil leak :cry:

Really not happy, the coilovers have only just gone over one year old. Has anyone dealt with Tein on warranty, or rebuilds?

Hi Gary.

They were bought from SRB Power before Tein UK set up home in Milton Keynes.

Im starting to get pretty worried, i felt the dampener today and it was wet through :cry:
 
Speak to em direct mate, I got mine from SRB too, ok its over a year like you say but you gotta at least have a word and see what they say. They will at the least price up a refurb I would think for you.

Yeah Dan from SRB got back to me pretty quick with my query recommended ringing Tein. Will be ringing early tomorrow to try and sort, problem is heard it can take 5-7 working days for an overhaul and need my car for work :(

Im hoping i could take the car down and get it done there and then, ie. drive in and out. Do Tein do any setting up of suspension on site?
