Hi guys, after listening to your feedback we've spent a HUGE amount of time and resource changing the way our shop displays and filters the wheels section.

We'd really appreciate your feedback on how well it works for you if you have the time.

It's incredibly difficult to make a completely perfect wheels section due to the sheer volume and variety of options, but we believe we now have one of the best online wheel shopping experiences possible. What do you think?

I found it really easy to use Phil, it seems a lot more usable than the previous wheels section. Everythings laid out clearly and its very simple to find exactly what you want.
Also showing on the work wheels which are 1 pcs, 2pcs etc and highlighting the wheels which will be custom made from those which have standard sizes was a great idea aswell.

I like it, would it be better to have PCD as a checkbox too like diameter etc?
Cheers, we tried a few options for PCD and settled on a dropdown because
  • generally you only select a single PCD to fit your car
  • the list of all possible PCDs is pretty long and would bump the other options much lower down the page

Much better than the old one, I still think to select a staggered setup it could be better with the option of splitting and choosing 2 front and 2 rear wheels.

Also is it possible to introduce the colours as a sub option, so you initially browse by style as initially especially the cheaper wheels there are many colour options. Once happy with the style then select colours

At the moment you have to select by colour first which then may remove a style, I would want to select style then colour.

Thanks David,
so you'd like to see an additional dropdown (there'd be too many options for a checkbox filter) above the colour options, which has a list in it, something like:

  • JR JR3
  • JR JR5
  • JR JR10
  • Rota Aleica
  • Rota Grid
  • Rota Slipstream
  • WORK Emotion
  • WORK Equip
  • WORK XXR

We've set it up so that's possible and it's something we've talked over in the office here previously. I'll see what can be done :)

cheers,
J

See when I looked I wanted black wheels, so I selected black, 5x120, widths and diameter and then looked at available styles.

Be awesome to see you guys with an iPhone app of sorts ;)
More than happy to help out with the development of it if needed, I've done a few sizeable projects in past.

I prefered to be able to pick a wheel and then see what sizes and offsets it came in. Is there a way to do this ?
We're going to add in an extra filter so you can choose the wheel design and see, for example all "work emotion"
I hope to have that sorted early next week :)

Currently, you can use the main search for the wheel you want and then filter the results if you want to see only a specific wheel design

Yes, I think that would make it easier to navigate
