Tire sidewall flex question!!!

Hello guys when I got this car my tires were stretched out so badly and the tires cambered in, I think he had it setup for car shows and stuff... I had to get a different size and fix everything right. I got 15x8.5 -50 offset in the front 15x10.5 -38 in the back and I think I have the right tires on them so there not stretched like crazy... But now I hear alot about sidewall flex when pushing hard. I'm running 225/60/R15 in the back should i switch to 225/45/R15 or so? The lower sidewall the better? Here's what I'm working with.

christ!! think youll find when you bought it, it probably had the right sized tyres on. that looks ridiculous!

225/45 on the 10j (or ideally 225/40 if they do them in 15") and something much smaller for the front

Honestly I bet you won't feel the sidewall flex anyhow. Especially not until you're at a pretty decent level of drifting.

And tyre type/brand has more of an effect on sidewall flex than profile anyhow.

I'd not worry about it, but could always go down a profile once you've killed those tyres.

Theres so many mistakes the previous owner made I'm still trying to fix things right... Yeah I planned on sizing down a little bit after these core but you guys should have seen the stretched tires it didn't ride or look good. When I bought this car it was completely slammed and stretched tires out the ass I was dodging every little bump in the road for my life and my oilpan was VERY close to the ground it worried me.

It came with P205/60 R15 90H ON REAR
It came with p195/60 R15 on FRONT

Currently P215/60 R15 90H on REAR
Currently P205/60 R15 90H FRONT

Next set will be P215/45/R15 rear
Next set will be P205/45/R15 front

Thanks for the info guys!
