LOX
As seen on here before and up for sale again. As iv got a new project iv no time or money for this. Just gona copy bits frm the old advert as nothing hs changed.
Rough spec is:
1976 Toyota Corona 2000
2litre 18R engine with autobox, both work fine.
Rear Wheel Drive
Standard spec is something like 105bhp and I've recently seviced and tuned it.The clocks currently read 2,000 miles, so it's either 102,000 or 202,000. Going on the interior and the general condition, my belief is 102,000 is most likely. No MOT and tax and is being put down as sorn.cheap to insure and
Everything works apart from the rear demister and the radio (blwn speaker)
Everything's totally original on the car in cluding the comfy high backed seats. Bodywork is a little tatty in places and there is a small hole on one of the rear pockets and signs of rust at the bottom of the front A-pillar, but the chassis rails and all structural parts of the shell are VERY sound for the age and the rot is nothing that can't easily be sorted out if it's being sprayed.
All parts are still readily and cheaply available from Toyota.
Iv only driven for about five mins round the block but other than that only the 100miles from birmingham to London. The drive is great.
Comes with the usual haynes manual, original sales brochure and such.
Would make an awesome project car if someone wanted to slap a JZ engine and manual box in there, a coat of paint and a nice set of rims or a reliable retro daily driver that's a bit different.
Like I say, I just can't keep it at the moment (no room or time), but I'd like to think someone would give it a good home and treat it right. It's available now and is currently in London.
Feel free to post this on any other forums you think might be interested
Thanks
