Track width

Hi there,

I've got driftworks adjustable front and rear lower arms and I was just curious to how you would go about setting the track width? How do you know what to set it to? Or is it just a case of setting the camber and the track width simultaneously until you get your desired camber and the widest track width?

Cheers

Hi,

Set to stock length and then go from there :)
Measure, measure, measure. All depends on your setup and what you want.

Increasing track width will obviously increase negative camber, so adjust that last.

Cheers mate.

But what is the end point in this? Like what length do you know what you should set them to? I can appreciate that it depends on the application, but what would a rough recommendation be?

That's an impossible question to answer.
Depends on your suspension setup, wheel fitment, bodywork, lock clearance etc etc...

If you're not fitting them for any of the track width adjustment benefits set them to stock length.
