This isnt your normal knackered pile of crap!!

Transit Double Cab Transporter - new MOT

Total Length = 25ft / 7.6m
Bed Length = 16ft / 4.8m
Bed width = 7ft / 2.1m(just a smidgen below but near as damn it!)

wide cars = no problem :)

Freshly built for me in the last 3 months based on a K reg chassis, I have seen this built every step of the way, extended chassis done properly and been laser checked, brand new rear bed frame and ally panels, pukka winch, spare wheel boxed lockable section with space for trolley jack, long ramps for low cars, tow bar + electrics with strenghten rear section.

Brakes all new pipes and rear diff serviced.

The angle of the bed is good for lowered cars :) learnt this one the hard way when I bought a cheap truck last year!!

4 x brand new long straps with 4 soft tyre straps.

New battery and new rear lights

7 brand new tyres fitted (8 ply 15"), 2.5 bananna engine, thoroughly serviced, new water pump, new cam belt and all glow plugs changed etc

Freshly re-painted double cab. new wings with all rust we could find cut out and welded, then covered in marine anti-rust stuff, then finally panted white.

This cost me a lot more than the asking price to have built. It weighs just below 2 tonne so still 1500kgs until you hit the 3.5t limit.

Friendly Fabrications, Kingsnorth Kent.

They also built TooLoudTom's a few years back - so when I wanted one they were ideal to get to build mine.

Any inspection welcome

Dave get some better pic's up please!!! might be interested myself! Pic's of ramps, ramps fitted to bed so I can get an idea of how low cars can be, and some pic's of Cab and engine. Want a certain 180sx?

Ramps are stored under that panel in the middle of the rear of the bed, and have lockable tabs to prevent theft :)

I will try and get some pics tommorow of full truck :)

Yes 180 right up my street!

You missed a trick Dave,

Shoulda built it based on that old series one transit in the background and put a 350bhp YB in it !!

:D :D :D
