Hi Guys!

I'm off travelling at the end of this month and first stop is Japan, I want to visit Ebisu Circuit at the start of October but I cant find any websites showing what might be on! Do you guys think I could risk it and just go up there and see if anything is on? Also does anyone recommend any other drift circuits?

Thanks in advance! ;)

I mean this is Ebisu we're talking about. I'm sure there will be something on.

Try getting in touch with Power Vehicles (Andy Grey) or Japan Car Culture (Taryn Kelly).
PV run most of the Gaijin Drift days out of Ebisu and have a pretty good grasp of what's on and Taryn would be a good P.O.C for shows/events/meets etc and general tips ^_^

Enjoy! I am very jealous!

Awesome thank you for all your responses guys! I managed to get hold of Power Vehicles and they said Ebisu will have a lot of locals down on the weekends so I may risk it and pop down on a Saturday.

If you are visiting Japan at early October, you should also visit ODAIBA in Tokyo and take a look on D1 GRAND PRIX Rd. 7.(October 7-8th)

Previous race done at Ebisu was awesome!

Thanks!!! I will definitely look into this!

When you say 'pop down' to ebisu, its more like several hours up haha. Take the first train out of tokyo (like 6am) and you'll be there for lunch. When you arrive you will need picked up or a taxi, or a rental as the track is a wee bit into the sticks. So its best to plan this over at least 2 days imo.

I have been a few times now and one time when I went, there wasnt an event on or anything there was literally 2 cars drifting all day on the mountain and I was one of them. So wasnt much to watch but the seat time was off the scales.

Hey guys I need help!
I've decided to head down to Meihan Sportsland in Nara Prefecture, I've had my rental car cancelled at the last minute and there's no cars in the area or Osaka to rent. I know this is a massive clutch at straws but does anyone know of anyone who could give me and a friend a lift there? Obviously we would pay but since there is no bus from Nara to the track we are stuck with no way of getting to the track for either Saturday or Sunday, any help would be massive. My number is 07758699988 in case I can't get back on Wifi.
