Tries wont break traction on a clutch kick

So when I'm drifting on concrete, Ill try to start a drift by dropping the clutch, but the problem is, when I do this, my rear only skids and stops, I can never initiate a real slide. Does anyone have any advice?

Drive faster, use the cars weight to help initiate
