We used 285/30 on a 12J, bit of a stretch, pain to get on.
They come up big for the sizes though, 11J with a 285 the sidewalls are pretty much straight.
I had a 255/35/18 rsr on an 11j rim with no issues getting seated at all. No bead blaster needed. I thibk a 245/40 or 245/35 would too or even a 235/40 with a real blast lol.
I was going to be a bit gay and go from a 235 40 17 maxxis maz1 down to a 215 45 17 on the front so I can go back to using standard wings. but wanted something that had roughly the same level of grip as I usually use 225/245 on the back, so didn't want it to be like driving with a pair of space savers on the front.
I know that they are like biscuits compared to some of the stuff other guys use but 9j is where im at.
*in my defence I do use xd9s that I bought new as skid wheels.
Hi all I have used to rsr in the passed for drifting and grip loved them
Very good Tyerd much more feed back and less snappy over r888
much better vaule as well and still good in the wet.
The
Rs2 R and fz201
Has any one used them on track / for grip
Can any one comment what they are like over rsr and Kumo v70
Thanks
The Feddys RS-R's stretch almost aswell as the normal feddys. Had 225/40's on my 10j XD9's and they went on as easy as any other tyre so a 215 on a 9J is most certainly possible.
