Drift-inc sessions ODC Round 4 20nd July 2014 @ Pembrey.

All our usual rules apply, no pets, no idiots.
Gates open 8 am
Drivers briefing and sign on 9 am
First car on track 9.30 am
Lunch 12.30 pm
Last runs finish at 5pm
We have a small 10 minute break morning and afternoon so the marshals don't explode!
There will be open practice in the morning, with judging just after lunch. Once finished, open practice shall resume for the rest of the day, so bring plenty of fuel and tires!

Now i am saddened to report that we have had to increase our daily price to £70 for 2014, our insurance has increased in cost and so have our tire changing facilities, as most will know we have always provided tire changing facilities so you get free changes all day, we will continue to do this for as long as we can.

We will be doing the drivers list differently this year. I will not be putting anyone on the list until I have received their PayPal payment, this way there can be no confusion on who has paid and who has not.
The closing date for payments is midnight on WEDNESDAY 16th JULY 2014, we will not accept any payments after this date or time, or any payments of cash on the day.
Because of the way our insurance works this year we have had to put this cap on a closing date so we can put the list together for Sunday morning sign on and pay for the track before the weekend.

Can all drivers please make sure that their vehicle has towing eyes front AND rear. Scrutineering will be taking place before cars are allowed on track.

This year, there is a new track layout, and new additions. For those that attended our last practice days, you will have seen the new walls and layouts.

Hi guys I paid for myself and another guy for a practice day during the winter that was cancelled, we havnt been back again since (broken cars) shall I send the extra money over with a note as we paid the old price last time

Rickyreynolds, the day is open to anyone, there will be judged runs for approx 90 mons after lunch, and open practice morning and 2nd half of the afternoon. You can enter the judged runs if you like, see how you do on a scoring run with everyone else, or just have a long lunch break!
 
Thanks for the fast reply this will be my first real seat time on track. shall I run novice stickers for the duration of the event??
 
You dont need to run any stickers, there always novices and regulars running each event. If you all day, and have gor tires left for the 2nd half of the afternoon, you will get hours of play time! We have instructors who can go out with you for free, just ask someone in an orange hiviz and they will point them out.
