VAT and the DW shop

We've updated the DW shop this morning so VAT is now at 15% instead of 17.5%
We're not sure what other traders and companies are doing as a policy, but what we're doing is to pass all savings on to our customers. So our prices are all now a little cheaper
At the moment, the amounts are all a bit random as they're now 0.9787234% of what they were yesterday We'll round them to the nearest 50p or so when we get some time free,

Companies can claim VAT back from the taxman.

yeah, all VAT on stuff we buy, we reclaim. All VAT on stuff we sell goes into the government's big pot of funds.
