Shot my first short film at Santa Pod on Wednesday with the Team Sex Panther guys. Great weather and had a laugh all day.
Any critique on the video is welcomed! Itching to do another one now..

Its amazing mate, always nice to see what it looks like from the outside. And nah sorry mate didn't see that, was a mad week for me last week lol.
 
It looks good! Bit off topic but what size are the XXRs up front? Wanna get a set for my PS13 but not sure what size would be good to drift with up front.. Its got GeoMasters and a fair bit of lock.. Ideally want the 9.75J. And they need to be 18" to clear my D2 callipers.
 
Was pretty good for a first short film only thing i would say is ar you using a tripod becuase at points it looked a little shaky but maybe that was your intention but what do i know

The first few shots were using a tripod. But without a pivot head, just a standard one. Its not easy to get smooth movements with it like this unfortunately..
The drifting shots were handheld with a monopod for support now and then.. And a LCD viewfinder.

ah fair enough like i say for a first filwm was pretty good that was the only thing i picked up on that made it not seem as pro as it could have otherwise i dont think i would have thought it was your first maybe your 10 or 12 vid not your first

Thanks :) Its only in a few shots I think.. Theres a couple I know of that I didn't like the shake on, but I really wanted to use the shots. Mainly the pit scene with the white 14 coming off the jack and the white 14 again when he puts his arm out the window. Oh and the first vehicle shot of the red 14a is a tad juddery.

But at least I know what to work on next time :)
 
Awesome video dude, if I'd made that if be well chuffed!!

As for shakiness in a couple of bits, not really an issue from my point of view, after all a drift car isn't a smooth ride so why should it be documented as so?!?

All round awesome job, good choice of music too and most importantly you kept the engine noises in!!!!!
