Vinyl numberplates?

Ed

Anti-Dibs
I seem to remember that you guys can do vinyl stuff to order? can you do front number plates?

I dont want anything fancy, just normal font in black on white background. Even if it comes as 2 parts would be fine, I just really cannot be arsed to ask anywhere else :wack:

Cheers

Ed

I think the laws regarding numberplates and vehicle licensing are pretty strict so I'm not sure it's something we're legally allowed to do.

Basically sorry but we can't :(

How about a white sitcker with some "obscure" black "patterning" on it?? ;)

:wack:
Arse, not to worry dude. I'm sure I can get one online somewhere :)

When I wanted one, I got a white sunstrip to cut down to size, and bought the letters and numbers I needed to make up the registration.
Motorworld in Stratford used to have the letters and numbers in with the rack of stickers.

It's meant to be reflective and 90 degrees to the road, also they are no longer legal even rears for trailors etc so it's a good chance of a tug if you do.

A lot of the 355's and other Ferarris down at the workshop have vinyl number plates. Doesn't seem to cause any issues tbh as long as its reflective.

I still keep em in stock at work but it now clearly states on the back of them not to be used for number plates. TBH it's just to enforce people producing doc's to have plates made instead of but £3 worth of bits and writing there own :D

www.craigsplates.com

got a few plates form them. 9x3 9x12 12x6-usdm dont have to send in documents just tick the box that states 'show plates' they make them in EVERY size you'd want in either, sticky, normal or pressed metal ones.
