Have a very unloved 340 that needs a TLC!! Don't know what rust is like, last time i checked there was a rust hole in the sill but easily repaiable!!!
THIS IS NOT A SHOW CAR!!!!!
Some of you may remember it from the days of ferry lane etc!
Rattle canned black 3 door, registered as 1.4, 4speed box
completely stripped out, all sound deadening too.
has 1.7l in with 1.7 gearbox and welded diff.
Done the head gasket. have bought a new one, can do the change for an extra £100 on the price or will just supply with the gasket for you to do.
Air-con fan from astra installed on rad, could do with re-wiring through relay.
Always been a good runner, never let me down as a daily drive too
Fibre-glass bonnet which needs a repair at the front, mounted on bonnet pins but could do with a new set as rusty or broken.
Does have bucket seat fabric caught alight..oops.. and proper bodged and held in. welds broke last time it got taken out!!!!!!
GLE spoiler on bootlid.
The most important part of the sale.... 5 link coilover suspension conversion on the rear.
Dont know the make of socks etc but can find out.
All welding work was done by F1Moto *rated* Nev is your man for all your Volvo needs!!!
Hydraulic handbrake (upright) welded in and plumbed in with a FULL braided brake line set. All the unions and fitting to go through bulkhead etc and into wheel arches, may need new seals on handbrake as it is rather old now but still locks well
Ally fuel tank mounted behind front seats.
Roughly 30 litre?
1x set of 2" dish Minilites rattle canned black but underneath is orange centre and diamond cut dish!
2x Ally Cats with same color and diamond cut dish.
2x skinny minilites,
Maybe another couple of wheels around but need to check.
Dont know of tyre treads but know there is some tread on at least 4 wheels.
MOMO steering wheel with boss. nothing fancy.
Few spares...wiring loom, drum brake, clutch cable, lights etc, few switches etc...
As you can see, car needs tlc but i want gone of everything VOLVO!
Perfect first skid car, NO tyre kickers
Car could be towed but ideally needs trailoring. can get car trailered to you but at additional cost.
This has had a lot of interest but just been hassle selling and transporting. PM if intersted!
