volvo 340 suspension. need help!!!

so the seals have gone on the front shocks on my 1.4 340, so riding on the springs not plesent!

just want to know if anyone knows of any way of sorting this or whether you can get coilovers to fit it!

with the 340/360 suspension the front i filled mine with SAE 80w-90 oil and fitted with 40mm lowering springs and fitted land rover rears with 30mm spring blocks

Yes you can make coilovers yourself or fit mr2 red springs and refill some standard shocks with thicker oil and use mk2 escort lowering blocks on the rear
 
On my 360 i splashed out, theres a fella on volvo300mania called classic swede i think, he does custom springs for the front and spax adjustable inserts, the front end was awesome when they was fitted. Rear end as said previously, just a set of blocks. Mine was 60mm lower at the front, 2 inch at rear, with 195/50/13's, this was far to low for a daily!
 
Oh right I will have to check him out, do you remember roughly how much they were?

I just brought some oem inserts for the moment, just to make it a bit more driveable.
