Volvo 360 w/welded diff. 100quid.

I notice, as i roll about laughing at people being able to sell 300 series volvos for 500notes+, that you can just take mine for 100notes...

F-reg, Tax till June, 4good tyres, mot till end of this month, welded diff, drifty handbrake adjustment (ie spring removed), power steering, 2litre carb with 160k on it, bit of piston slap on cold which is normal as it doesnt have offset gudgeon pins on these engines, but uses no oil and can see 110 on the clock still.

Fantastic condition underneath, just has penty drifty dents to OSR quarter and lower front panel that its gained in my service, so you can pretend your hardcore even if you just pussy about in it giving iit the "check out ma ovlov drifta, yo" lol

No drivers seat as im keeping the bucket, but passenger seat bolts in if want.

No fuel getting to carb (2min job to show you that, happy to prove), either fuel pump failed (they seem to cost a tenner on ebay etc) or a hole in fuel line meaning pump is sucking air, both pretty common probs but dead easy to sort, just i cant be arsed.

So for the above reason will need towing away.

Only pic i have...

Only cant be arsed to fix/keep as im getting a better, saloon, injection, one.

So fuck getting mugged off paying silly money by people taking advantage of the bandwagon, just get this one for cheap, fix it for even cheaper, job done.

£100quid

Stav, would you consider getting this roadworthy for a few quid extra?

No  No time, soz.

Im claiming back the tax and gonna get it binned off to the scrappy ASAP so if anyone want to trailer the fucker away for FREE, come get it.

No questions, no nowt, just come to cheltenham, and take it away

Surely keeping the axle/diff would make sense? Saving having to weld it up again :)

They a proper transaxle mate, so a pain in the arse to remove and refit TBH, takes less than half the time to just weld an open one up than it would just to refit this one to another car.

Fair enough, Gaz Moose told me getting to it was a right bitch on Chunk's 340 but I've never tried to remove a rear axle either lol.

Good luck with your new one

real easy job on a 300 seiries volvo , but only easy if you have done it befor or have been told how to do it ,did mine in about 1.5 hrs , its just a matter of doing it the wright order of dissasembly

We welded the diff in an hour or so on my 360 using a proper 4post ramp.

Dead easy on them, but 340s are all a bit different, 1.4, 1.7, 4 and 5 speed, so maybe they harder.

you can weld the diff in situ on a 340.

Buggar, your PM box is full! Anyway, if you still have it I want it. I'm in Cheltenham and want a drifter on a tight budget. If you've sent to a scrappy already, which one?
Cheers,

Harry bucko's no doubt :p :D

Haha, I was just there the other day, actually. They didn't have anything though, which was annoying as it meant I got soaked for nothing!

Ive still got it, been too busy to sling it in buckies yet.

Good job too as buckies wont let you buy a whole car off them.
