Ok, it's about time I introduce my project.
As I have been drifting for almost a year now, I've made some progress with my modded 244 from 1977.
Suspension is home made. Just bought some lowering springs, some angle grinding , Koni yellow's and some big sway bars and I'm drifting in the top 16 of the Belgium driftseries. The engine was taken from a chiptuned 740 Turbo. Approx. 180whp made this setup.
But... for some serious twin drift battles I mis a bit of power.
So with the awesome help of Rob from http://www.phattransmissions.com/ I'm now in the progress of tuning a new engine with VEMS. This engine management is awesome! Although some help from more experienced persons is sometimes required. Thx Rob for the help.
Hoping for 250whp from this setup:
2100cc, port and polished head with slightly bigger outlet valves, GrA Turbo (.60,.63) and bigger IC .
What do you guys think?
