I've got the ticket but cant come, my car is not ready yet.
However my ticket was originally booked for 26.11 and then I re-booked. I was told I have to collect it on the gate. Not sure if they can book me for next event and make it available online or you have to ring booking line.

I've done something similar before. Basically , we'd pay you the money now.
You'd have to call up and have the name changed on the ticket so my mate can collect on the gate.
Make sense?
