Wanting to learn to drift better

Hey Y'all, I'm hailing from Dallas, Texas . I am looking to start drifting, I can do a little bit, but nowhere near the pointl that I dream to be at. My baby is a 1991 Mazda Rx7 Targa/convertible in mint condition with 40k on the motor. I am planning on lowering her on Tein shocks and springs, front and back sway bars. I am also looking at doing an engine swap to either a 13bt, ls1/5.0 v8 swap, or an sr20det motor :wack:.

Welcome.

All I can say is practise practise & practise! Got any drift venues near you or circuits that have practise days for drifiting. That's always a good place to start.

If you thinking of a conversion you should be on norotors.com as that's where the majaority of the conveted RX7s appear. Loads of info and build threads for doing conversions.

Yes sir, there are a few places around here, anywhere from 30min-79min away. The only places I've practiced is at a small cement pad across from my college.

Sweet I'm going to look into that website then. Thank you
