i have both, thats why lol i was thinking of changing the gearbox, because my ca is on its way out, and i have my sr gearbox already, which i mught consider putting in the ca. the torque on my car is quite heavy and the standard gearbox is getting shredded slowly

RB20, SR20 and CA18 are the same iirc except bellhousing.

yep! some small differances in later ones with selector fork and oil flow improvements i think though.

the rb20 mainshaft and tailhousing is much shorter.. the gearset is the same tho essentially.

There isnt one really, a stock CA box is fine for 300bhp anyway. Change the diff if you want different overall gearing.
