just out of interest what make and size tyres are people using and whats the price you have been paying.

What ever I can get my hands on really.

I pay £25 per pair fitted and balance and all have 5+mm of tread off a mate.

E36 325 I ran 185/195 15" of various profiles

E34 540 will be running 205-225 17" of various profiles.
 
I run on my E36 :

Front : Nankang NS2 205/40/17
Rear: anything available in 15" 175/185/195 up to 55 profile
 
Awesome tires up front
Anything that will last more than ten mins drifting on the rear in 17s and 18s
 
I'm using nankang ns20 215/45/17 front and 225 at the rear, but now when i've got welded diff in some crappy 15's at the rear. Nankangs were quite good, but tbh they're bit shit for the front, need something better, as for the rear i've got no complains. now i've got pair of p zero rosso to go on a front, hope that will make a big difference.
 
Currently also using Nankang NS2's up front 215/40/17 but want something wider. I have some Maxxis maz1's on the way in 235/40/17.

On the rear I run whatever. I have loads of 205/55/16, a few 205/45/16 and a few 215/40/17.

Try some Stunners or Winter tyres for that added life ;) haha.

I run what ever the hell I can find for free or cheap.
Usually 215 up front and 225 on the back, but this season im going to try out a 215 on the rear for those fitment things.
 
Maxxis maz1's 225/40/18's upfront and cheapest 225/40/18's possible on the back! At the moment ive got events on the rear £50 a corner fitted and balanced and the maz1's were £70 fitted and balanced a corner.
