With the prices of old Nissan's on the rise, what do you think my 14 would be worth now if I put it up for sale?

Nissan S14A (2000 W reg)
1 previous owner before me
Black with leather interior
FULL nissan service history (every 6 month)
111k miles
Will have 12 month mot

No major rust, just a little crusty as expected from near 20 year old car.
Bodywork all straight
Never used for drifting (plans were in place)
6 cd changer with original clarion stereo
All paperwork, manuals etc.

Brand new 225/40 tyres all round
Brand new HSD monopros
Full wheel alignment done
Apexi air filter
DV delete
TRS harness (drivers)

Full exhaust system including cats
All suspension
4 X 16inch wheels with tyres
1 X space saver wheel
1 X spare wheel
2x boot floors with carpets (to fit both wheels)
Airbox &filter
3.9 diff
Fuel pump

Basically bought the car completely stock from a guy who had from new. Done aload of bits to it but haven't really got the space to keep it. This is a pretty mint, very straight car. Never crashed, I'm almost certain all paint is original too!

What's it worth do you recon?

Bear in mind a lot of the prices you see on ebay arent prices that attract buyers, with most of these cars staying available for months or years eventually selling for less. That goes for all niche jap cars.

So in my opinion Id say around 4.5-5k but wouldnt take less than 3k.
