What's the difference between these parts?

I'm looking to buy these item(s) but first; can anyone tell me what the difference is between:

> Solid metal steering rack bushes
&
> Stainless steering bush

Do i need both or...

the bushes hold the rack in place. and the disc replaces the rubber disc in the steering column.

if your going to do one you may as well do both.
