wheel - offset help!

whats the lowest offset and highest width will fit on a lexus is200/is300/ Altezza?

got some volks that are 17x 9.5 et 20 (i think lol) and DAYUUUM they do not fit well and thats with no tyre on. fuck.

cars only lowered 30mm so far so thats what i gotta work with.

whats people thinking? i gotta roll the arch loads on the back and dunno whether i could roll them enough!

they fit in those sizes with the arches rolled
i had them on my first altezza and it was absolutely decked so it should be easy only 30mm lower
that is about the limit for the front though with a 205 or 215 stretched on.
the rears can take a 10j with 235`s et 35 ish with just a roll

im currently trying to find a way to fit some stupid offset wheels to my altezza
i think i might need a set of arches or overs to get the tyre tucked away.

Tyre choice will be key here aswell , if you don't mind stretch a 225/40 will give a good stretch and you will be able to cover it with a good roll of the arch's although you might end with the lip poking a bit.

They will fit IMO but its all going to need the right combo of Arch rolling / mods , Tyres and camber to make them fit.

toyota arches are pretty strong but if you heat them up and make sure you roll them gradually they do move a fair distance.

Be gentle and don't rush them :wack: seriously if you take your time and do it little by little you have more chance of getting the arch's symetrical and less chance of them coming out looking like 50p pieces. A heat gun on there will help and stop your paint cracking away

ah test time! haha and has anyone tried to fit those aerokit over fenders on theirs yet? may give it a whirl and put pics up at some point!

slight archwork required :wack:

Put a jack under the wheel and lift it up to normal ride height position to get a proper idea of how much you will need to pull the arches.
It'll camber in quite a bit as the suspension moves through it's travel.
Take the spring out and you can check clearance at full compression too.

Looking at how far the wheels stick out at full droop doesn't tell you shit.
