Work 1 Piece Wheel Concave depth

Hey folks,

Work list the following concave depths depending on wheel width and offset for the T7R:

18x8.5 +30 / +38 / +45 (Mid Concave)
18x9.5 +12 / +22 / +30 / +38 (Deep Concave)
18x10.5 +12 / +22 (Ultra Deep Concave)

I wanted to check, does the concave depth remain the same across all the same width wheels? For example, does the 9.5 +12 have a deeper concave than the 9.5 +38? I'm trying to make sure all the wheels "look" the same despite ordering differing offsets.

Hi there!

That's correct, the wheels are available in 3 face types as you have posted with a couple offsets in each face type.

So the 9.5 ET12 looks the same as the 9.5 et22 and so on! They make up the difference in offset by adding to the mounting side.

Does that make sense?

Cheers!

How does it work with the widths then?

So what width does the ultra concave start? Say if I was ordering a pair of 10’s for the front and 10.5 for the rear. Would they both be ultra concave?

Hi there,

Work dont do a 10" in Emotion range im afraid, so you would need a 9.5 or a 10.5.

9.5 would be deep concave and 10.5 would be ultra deep.

Basically the wider the more concave, regardless of the ET.

18x8.5 (Mid Concave)
18x9.5 (Deep Concave)
18x10.5 (Ultra Deep Concave)

Does that make sense?

That would be the same kind of idea,

The MCO comes in;

18x8/8.5 is Flat Face, (ET47/38)
18x9.5/10 is Medium Face, (ET35/22)
18x10.5/11 is Deep Face (ET12/18)

There are some discontinued sizes in MCO now however so id have to find out exactly what you were ordering to check with Japan!

Oh they are discontinuing some.

I need to speak to you guys anyway as I’m having abit of trouble trying to work out what offsets/ widths would be best

No Problem!

if you find out what width and offset wheel you have now i can use that as a starting point to get the right fitment!
