For my first road bike i had to buy a big, fast classic..and this certainly is fast.

Yamaha claimed 149 at the engine and i have a rolling road print out to show 120 at the wheels. This is a sad sale..but im buying a house :(

1989, Californian import

- 9700 miles on the clock, with paperwork to prove, came into the country with 2,000 miles on the clock about 8 years ago
-t boost kit fitted - (allows you to switch the vboost from 6000rpm to 3000rpm - aka the silly switch)
-double clutch springs
-Braided Clutch line
-bulldog headlight - with switch to put onto side light
-corbin pilot seat fitted
-sissy bar
-oxford heated grips (working perfectly)
-recently serviced, inc fork seals, oil, engine oil, filter and diff oil
-engine saver bracket fitted recently (to stop oil starvation in engine)
-lazer pro stock end cans
-Dyna jetted and tuned with print out showing 120bhp at the wheel
-dyna coiled
-K&N air filter
-8 Months MOT and Tax left on it
-new back tyre
-just fitted a heavy duty regulator and a brand new battery

i think the bike had been stored for many years before i bought it and as a result the frame and plastics look a little worn, plus the engine has been painted matt black so my initial plan was to tart it up over winter. other than that, its spot on.

Located in West Yorkshire - WF9 - Can deliver at 50p a mile each way.

My number is 07709442012 if your interested

Cheers

Matt

Will you throw in the Rex and the mashed tyres in the background for £300?

lol, the rex is my bro's but your welcome to the tyres

regarding a 'fast cruiser' it has 120 at the wheel which is alot more than my mates lotus elise...so its fast enough

Its a drag bike from the early ninetys.

It was designed for americans who love drag races and all there roads are straight. Plus id rather not do 100+ around a corner, i'd rather do it on a slip road where i can see whats in front of me !!

Unlike my uncle who dropped his bike which went under a HGV ! luckily he did not follow the bike.

Anyway enough of that the bike is forsale !
