I'm not usually one for crawly-up-arse threads, but...
My first order with you guys - placed last week, received a very quick response apologising that it wasn't a stock item, and hopefully you should have it by the end of the week - by the Thursday I'd had an email saying it had arrived with you, followed by a tracking number, and it then turned up the following day, complete with Wham. Sweet. (Baboom)
Awesome, proper customer service, I'm well impressed, esepcially considering a lot of the borderline retards i seem to be dealing with at the mo. Just how it should be, reminds me of dealing with Hope for bike parts.
