Isn't PitLaneBen the Ben Edwards who commentate on most of the motorsport on ITV? If so, I wouldn't want to be the AE86 driver :wack:

Oh dear, What shall I do? I better order myself a private plate ASAP! Wonder if "D1 G1MP" is still available? I like the comments about the 4WD system on my 86 though! If anyone doesn't get that, Ben thought Julians GTSt was 4WD. The people in the Yaris loved it BTW, and gave me thumbs up as I went past them. Mind due, what does it have to do with Ben if I drift on a roundabout on the street? I pay my road tax! These newbie UKD1 upstarts should keep their opinions to themselves.

That's actually quite funny. Especially the thought of you paying road tax.

The irresponsibility of people drifting roundabouts on a public road, however, is rightly frowned upon. Having met you James, I can't imagine you would do such a thing, being an upstanding member of the drift-clone* community and all.

Drift-Clone*: A person of whom drives an S13 or S14, with 250+bhp, low and hard suspension, uses expensive decent low-profile rubber to drift on, has certain specific stickers adorning their vehicle, doesn't drift on street or airfields (only tracks), doesn't like the concept of drift-shitters and has little-to-no personality/charisma/sense-of-humour/appreciation of sarcasm.

No offence to anyone who may feel they fit into this bracket (awaits a similar stab at "Pikey-drifters".....).
