180sx getting under way

ive not really posted much about my car sop took loads of pics and found some i took when workin on it n thought i wud post em

this is back when i bought the car
came pretty well modified from z cars in manchester

one of the 1st things i needed was new tyres so i just bought a set of wheels and tyres and also got some 25mm bolt on spacers so they sat right

also the exhaust i switched out for a japspeed 1

the car also has a half cage now (pics to come) and has had the back stripped

got a new rear bumper from epracing and got it sprayed by KRM

and also a fmic (ebay one.... was a bitch to fit)

then i went n bought a silvia front end from daz_s13 along with some 50mm rear fenders

its going for a respray next week and for the 50mm rear arches to be properly fitted but i need the headlight mounts to get the triple projectors in 1st
 
Is your car the pearl white wko colour - if so how do you get on having it sprayed a few places i go to say they have to spray the whole car to get a match, im only after a bumper a wing doing

yeah its the pearl white
i was also told the same
but theyve already done my rear bumper and will be doing the rear fenders and front end
i was told they will also spray the doors to make it match (pointless blending it when theyre doing most the car anyway)
the roof of my car is black along with the boot so they dont need to be touched
the bonnet is also going black

if your in the midlands KRM are a extremely good company for sprayin and all types of things.... and arnt to expensive at all

One of these day's I'll get me a sil80 like that, looks great IMO, right blend of style and subtlety (Aside from the ironing board)
 
yeah i aint sure whether to get a dm style bumper from epracing and sit the intercooler slightly further back so u dont see the pipes
or whether to keep it like that
 
Aahhh, I recognise that car. It had been at Z-cars' place for good 18 months, a mate of mine went to look at it.

Looks 1,000,000 times better with the Silvia front end.
 
Cars looking good mate, the wheels will really set it off! Have you got the 5stud hubs yet or do you still need some?
 
still need some 5 stud hubs daz... i ment to look into em the other week but didnt have time

and yeah he seemed real happy to sell it lol
nothings gone wroing yet tho
in fact it seems quite solid and clean
 
this stuff came today
got the baffled sump on but the oil cooler and filter relocation kit is being a propblem.... the double ended screw thats ment to enter the filter and relocation plate is marginaly to big for the filter :(

yeah the wing is goin .... need to cover the holes with some grommets or suttin, it will look alot better without the wing with the new rear bumper as its not as square as the current 1... and wont have a mahooosive pannel gap
