1998 EK civic £400 - Really needs to go this time

This just gets better and better. So what happens when the new buyer gets pulled for driving it home with no tax by the fuzz and the car is then impounded... the car cannot get taxed without a VOSA check, which coupled with the lack of V5C means you cannot tax the car to release it... creates a bit of a legal mobius and would probably end up getting crushed... could get very very messy for a Mr Tomm (del boy) R
