It's an rs as I bought it off my mate who bought it new for his golf turbo project that never got finished.
Condition wise it's pretty much perfect.
The inlet side is painted very high temp gloss black.
The only part that rubbed on mine was one of the ribs on the actual cam cover.
A quick trim of the plastic engine cover and possibly elongating the holes on the turbo flange slightly would give you enough clearance without removing any material from the turbo or cam cover
