this issue is still outstanding between me and you there is an option if you pay by gift it states on the second bullet point if you did not recieve goods or service so I have every right to file a dispute as I did not recieve any goods from you.

thats not what you've done. you've said someone used your account without authority which is an outright lie.

Recently, PayPal received a notification from a user regarding unauthorised access to his PayPal account. As a result, one of the payments credited to your PayPal account has been placed in a temporary hold while we investigate the claim. PayPal constantly monitors transactions for unauthorised use of accounts in order to maintain the safety of our users.
 
no mate you can try it for your self when you go to unaurthorised dispute it gives 2 options that the dispute is valid
1- it says unaurthorised transaction

2- did not recieve goods or services (you can see for your self)- this is the grounds Im filing the dispute Im not disputing I did not send you the money I am disputing the fact I did not get a tracking number or goods (item).

funny how your fast at replys not only if you resolved the tracking number issue long time ago we would not have had to come down to this situation all I wanted was the situation resolved but it seems like you took the piss, and now this is my last resort to resolve this matter as you have been a bit unhelpful towards this matter.
 
ive just taken a screenshot of him admitting that the dispute is between you 2, so he is commiting fraud through paypal by saying he never authorised the payment, that way even if he edits his post, i still have the proof ;)

BTW ive got a couple of contractor mates who work at the airport kieran, i could ask them to do some "investigative" work if you require ;)

are you now saying that the paypal email i have in my inbox is lying then? that you didn't tell them it was unauthorised use?

and i can reply quick cause it's sunday and i'm on my laptop not my phone
