Carbon fiber starter kit

I have 5 carbon fiber kits for sale they consist of:-

1/4 sq/m of 2x2 200gsm twill carbon fabric
1/2 mtr carbon tape plain weave
300 mls of epoxy resin ( 250 resin 50 ml hardner)
1 pot of high density filling powder
1 pot low density filling powder
3 mixing cups
2 pairs of gloves
2 mixing sticks
2 syringes
1 instruction booklet

I would say this is an ideal basic starter kit for anyone wanting to make their own carbon fiber pieces.

It is also ideal for high strength repairs to items that have broken where a high strength bond is needed.

Can supply more material if needed for an additional cost
 
oh i have been looking for some thing like this for ages!

How much additional can you get and what sort of prices will i be looking at?
 
What resin is that?? I've neve heard of a 5:1 mix ratio before?

Also might be worth mentioning the health and safety risks envolved of using epoxy ;)

Pretty much all west systems epoxies and sp epoxies are of a 5:1 ratio, all the health and safety aspects are outlined in the manual you get with the kit :)

I Can get get as much fabric and resin as you require on request, if you need more than 1mt/sq of fabric you would need more resin as well so would be able to sort out a tailored kit for you

If you could price up some more resin/fabric for me aswell dude that'd be good. I'll work out exact meterage later, once I've had some practice with the starter kit, but the general aim is to do my front wings, bonnet, boot, front bumper and rear bumper in carbon by the end of the year.
 
The advantage of a relatively light weight s13.

I wish I'd never been told how heavy the emtree is :wack:, then I wouldn't be obsessing about getting the weight down as much as I am. It's not healthy.
 
Right as it stands 4 are sold or have been reserved as follows, correct me if I'm wrong guys as I ve had alot of replies so far for extras and things

Think thats it so far so that leaves one kit left, if there is enough interest I can order more kits as my supplier is fairly good and I can get next day delivery need at least 5 orders to make anorder with my supplier to keep costs down.
