We can get other makes of diff, but:
a) UK stock for other manufacturers is generally poor whereas Kaaz have invested heavily in UK stock
b) Kaaz UK prices tend to be 2/3 of the other manufacturer's prices
c) The other manufacturer's products aren't any better than the Kaaz LSDs
so, to summarise
yes we can, but why would you want to? 
Sandwich plates are pretty similar fitments across a lot of Japanese cars and we have one that will fit the Chaser
