After 22 points on my licence I can't get car insurance but can get my 944 Porsche insured for£200!

Need a a new daily in the new year upto 1500 rwd

e36? Merc? Something different? Obv not 200sx

You're joking right?

A classic car that doesn't rust? They all fucking rust, especially in this country.

Even new cars rust.

Plenty of rust free cars around, but everything rusts, just dont buy a shit one.

The only cars that doesn't rust are the ones that are flooded with Mike Sanders.

maybe old Audis, but there is not much fun in them.

Get a e36. watch out for intact side skirts and the rest is nothing deadly.

@daddy D: Trabant is just a plastic body. underneath it's worse than anything else.

actually DeLorean is the unbeatable answer. No wait, what about Morgan? There made from Wood aren't they?

Delorean not normally found on a £1500 budget! Nor Morgans, which are not made of wood, they have a steel chassis, running gear, panels, but have an Ash frame.

How about a Ginetta G26, rear wheel drive, made of fiberglass, lots of cheap engine options, and kit car insurance is dirt cheap.

Less hassle just to buy a car, scrap it when its rotten then buy another though!

Lexus LS400, perfect daily, super comfortable, V8, rwd, Toyota build quality, doesn't rust like a Nissan or BMW.

Corvette. When you buying one? :D

See also Reliant Scimitar, Renault Alpine and every TVR ever but rust will be the least of your problems with that lot :wack:

ETA: I bang on about them all the time but Ive never seen a GTI-6 with rust problems, I imagine the galved Audis are the same.

I can't really understand the point. We all have to go some day. If something gets to rust it's old and it made it's job already. Except it's a Fiat, Merc or Vauxhall, they already rusted in the Showrooms back then. ^^

rust is just one possible death out of hundred. don't worry too much about that. Like I said before you can save any intact metal with Mike Sanders Grease from rust. The pre owner of my E36 did that and I freshly did it again and my car is fine. now it will live as long as the engine.
most people just don't care, that's why their cars fall apart.

If you cant get car insurance , I take it your not arsed about it being a road car? Just get e36 . Or am i missing somthing

Reliant scimitar is your best bet realistically, but the steel frames can rust. Nothing else in that budget won't
