Driftworks Control System Coilovers

They are very similar in ride quality with the given spring rates. I was always suprised that my N1's with 10kg 9kg rode so well, but now I've driven with our coilovers, I totally understand that we've just been duped into thinking a high spring rate means shit ride quality, when this is not the case. The Control System Coilovers feel just as good as the N1's, so it must be down to the quality of the components used, specifically the damper, and damper valving.

The only way I can describe how these coilovers feel on our R32 is that you don't notice they are even there. With crap coilovers you feel every bump, hear every bang, you get jossled around the car, and you don't feel 'comfortable'. With the Control System Coilovers they just do their job to extremely high standard, and you can concentrate as a driver on doing your job to an extremely high standard :smokin:
 
Mat, I wouldn't like to guarantee how long the S13 ones will stay on the shelf as we've had a lot of enquiries about them, but we've got them in stock at the moment. :thumbs:
 
any chance of these comming out for the R34 GTT?

Doubt it as its hardly a popular drift car but im in the market for some drift spec coilies soon
 
Stushine, damping's adjusted with adjusting knobs on the end of the dampers. On the inverted models, this is at the bottom of the strut, on the rears and other models like the skyline, it's done from the top of the shock.

Dele, if there's sufficient demand, we can have them manufactured for the ER34

AE86 ones are still in development on a car in Japan and we're hoping to have our test set with us early in the new year.

We do have some NA8C Mazda MX5 and Toyota Supra JZA80 ones on our next shipment and they'll be with us in the next few weeks :smokin:

We can't sell them as pairs I'm afraid, but you could always buy a set of 4 and sell your 2 :p

i only need rears as mt teins are preload adjustable and i have to jack mine up about 3 metres before the wheels are off the ground
 
How much will the NA8C ones cost?

My Teins are shot and I want to replace them with something decent with pillowball uppers in the new year, so these look like a good bet if they come in cheaper than Teins.
