How ya like to share me little project im working on ill start with some pics of the work so far

Test fit when I got the motor
Made up some mounts with scrap lying around and part of a eg6 rear arm sure they'll look nice when cleaned up and coated
Got some goodies for the engine
Sitting in nicely now its back as much as I could get it with out butchering the firewall and its as low as I could get it to

Some progress on the sump have to reposition the turbo oil return as I was under the impression the it returned under pressure which it does not and the fact that the oil gets airrated

Bit of work on a manifold flange still some trimming and other stuff to be done to it but I dont think its half bad for the tools I had to use

also working on a adaptor plate to fit a bmw zf to it I need to get cut with a lazer or get a powerfull jig saw with some good blades as im using steel aluminium would of been a better choice but I dont have the choice to be picky here as money well there pritty much is none lol if it works ill use it ill get some pics of it up soon as it fitted

So when I decided to delete the balance shafts a while back I had to block a few of the oil channel's and one of them was under no3 main bearing cap and the crank had to come out luckily for me I tacked it today and found that my bearings are not happy ones so another set back but there cheap and it gives me good reason to do some other work to the motor while I have it apart lots all new bearings new rings new head gasket new valve stem seals better valve springs to get higher rev range mild port and give everything balanced up and cleaned also has anyone ever used a flywheel spacer? To move the flywheel closer to the gear box as I want to use the standerd one

So will I'm board waiting for engine parts said I'd try make a hydro handbrake and this is what I ended up with not finished yet need to cut waste of get the hole saw out to lighten it up and find a good stick for leverage works great cylinders out of a eg6 civic along with lots of other stuff in this car lol but it cost me notting only time and effort

I'm looking for the following parts if anyone is selling just give me a price and pics and I'll get back to you asap need big rad big intercooler coilovers

Some more goodies I got a while back
Any one familiar with holsets there are quite a few duds on the market bought this one of ebay its made in china seller said its 100% genuine whats yer toughts on it?

Picked up a oil catch of a friend for free also scraped my first sump design and am now putting the pick up to the rear of the engine just waiting on another friend to get it cut and folded up and I can weld it up then had to mount the antiroll bar up at the front of the engine to make space for the sump turned out to be fairly easy maid up to boxes and fitted the bushing clamps to them also had to cut up the subframe and put some tube in instead to get more clearance engine is getting overhauled apart from the rods pistons cams and valves everything else got replaced just have to wait untill it can be put back together weld up the intake and I should be able to fire her up considering my wiring harness is wired right

So still tipping away at the car sub frame is all welded up now tuck a few slaps of a sledge hammer to get it back to where it should be after all the welding but it done bmw purple label steering rack is also in and I made up a fully adjustable steering column inside the car ended up being alot more tricky than I first envisaged but worked out good then moved on to the tubing for the front bash bars some pain in the butt fml never done one before just need to finish it now engine is also moved back even more now to so more work to weld back up the fire wall

Some pictures of the new sump design that I'm working on was not happy with the last one hour of work and some money wasted but a lot happier with this one so far

Just ordered a sr20 twin scroll manifold of Amazon 400euro and iv seen on YouTube you would be surprised of the quality equal length roboticly welded to will have to be modified to fit the b204 engine but I don't mind would have cost a 1000 euro or more to get one made for a saab

So got the manifold this morning and it will require a bit more modification to fit than I first thought some more of the fire wall will have to feck out of my way and about 2inches of pipe will have to be added on where the runners meet the head of the engine to clear where the balance shaft is located on the block but it will work a chunk of the bonnet will also have to go will get some pics up later

So I have been working on another little na 4 banger vtec the last week or so to sell to fund the bmw project to get it finished once and for all car is a da6 integra xsi 1991 will be doing it up for the track but could be put back on the road shell is being fully resprayed shutzed fully polybushed ect bc coilovers one in pics are only there till work is finished engine is a 16a2 had this engine lying in the garage the last 8 or so years was 100% before we removed right now it's been fully dismantled gone true and will be rebuilt even tho it was not needed lol
Head is ported will be putting type r cams in full stainless exhaust and then will be tuned tested and put up for sale so if anyone out there intrested let me no car should be finished in the next 2-3 months some pics of the work so far and will update pics as the work goes on
