geomaster hub knuckles, 4 arm kit

I bought some stuff for my pervieus car s13.

So;
Sure, DW is my Nr1 driftstore.
Quality of articles and good customer service.

What I mented is, that when you buy something crapy for almost free.
You can expect it won't fit, brake down fast and don't do the job.
Than you ajust it yourself.

But when its suppost to be good.
Than you don't try to make it fit.
But contact the customer service.

just drop them an email mate, phil said to on the previous page. you will get much more help from them if you contact directly instead of hoping they will resolve the problem over the interwebs :)

Before I contact them about something that could be wrong.
I just wanted to be sure I didn't f*cked it up.

And its weekend, so we gonna contact them monday.

^^^ and also good if someone else has the same problem rather than try to hack it about they will know whats up.

I'm sure DW has done crap loads of testing to get things right but at the end of the day shit happens.

Had same problem when fitting no big issue just grind away a piece of the traction arm to gain clearance so you can achieve full bump and droop of the shock without bind. These are full custom hubs you gotta expect a bit jiggling when fitting.

Please excuse the late reply, I've spent all morning looking into the cause of this problem, and the solution.
It seems although we have brought manufacturing back to the UK for this product to get better quality control and consistency, somewhere along the line a revision to the components that make up the hub knuckles has been made without our consent/knowledge. Please believe me when I say this is not at all acceptable, and heads are going to roll!!

The way to make this work if you have this problem is to shape the traction rod bracket. If you can do this yourself, then please go ahead, but we do not 'expect' you to do this yourself. You have bought products from us that should work together, so we will provide the solution if you need us to.
I have already made a template, marked up 20 brackets, and I will start modifying the brackets in about an hour with the hope that I can get them to the powdercoaters this afternoon.

If you are customer who has ordered Geomaster hub knuckles and Driftworks Traction rods, and you require a set of these modified brackets, please send us an e-mail to sales@this website and we'll get a pair of replacements out to you as soon as they are back from the powdercoaters. We have to ask that you send the old brackets back, but we will of course cover postage costs.

We'd like to apologise for this royal fuck up. Rest assured we do not accept oversights like this. We take great pride in what we do, and appreciate your understanding with this extremely complex product.

I had a positive contact with the aftersale.
Also did I adjust the rods.

Now the can move up and down.

We had made the same modification, like you.... no big problem.

Another things about my install:

The lower bolt was in contact with rim using 17x9" wheels. Solved by lowerind the spacer and shortening the bolt and nut.

Shock is nearly on the end of posible lenght (just 4times aroud and it will fall of), and the rear is still very, very low. Solved roling rear fenders, to make some space between metal and rubber :-)

This products are in now way, dorect fit, but they are still very good. Only one trouble is not easy to solve for me now. The left front lower arm has an issue. The ball joint has some free space in the arm because there is too big whole. So you can hear and feel rattle. I
I have this trouble on S15, and my Friend on R33 both on the lower fron arm.

But my first impressions are great ! Wiht no geometry, just bolted on and eye compared.... and it goes like no othercar. Very easy to control, very stable on high speed, very responsive, and strong feedback from the front wheels!

So if you want cheap product, and you are able to "make it fit" you can buy DW products, and be hapy with excelent result.

Thank you DW

i think my lower rod end is not the same like on your web, because it is direct, not bend like you have on photos

Is it something waht needs to be fixed ?

If i lift the car, it hangs the wheels just an inch, may be 1,5inch, not more.

The car looks now like that
