HSD Group buy - Please see 1st post for final payment details

Hmmmm tried to make final payment twice and getting a 'Connection Error please retry or email for assistance' from the DW Shop

Guess I won't be making that payment today :(

Update: Situation under control. Tried a couple more times, got to 3D Secure, had forgotten my password and was unable to reset it :confused: so paid via PayPal and all went through fine :thumbs:

I noticed that there were 2 identical 'courier delivery' options so I just chose the £12 one, hope that was correct?

Be wary making your final payment guys, I've been billed twice due to a bug in the system which I've messaged DW about.

Obviously we're not in the office, and rest assured anything like this will be sorted out first thing Monday morning. I just asked Phil and he said sorry and not to worry, he can't think of any reason why it should happen again and we've had plenty of full payments already that have been ok. :) :thumbs:

Yea that's fine dude, I'm not pissed off with you guys or anything, I work as a webapp developer with eShops and payment processors myself and from what I can see it's just a freakout from SAGEpay that happened to me because I'm naturally unlucky.

I'll pay in full as well as soon as I know all the other parts I want to buy from you guys so I can get a big can of goodies.

Could someone help me please I'm having problems processing my order, I've paid the deposit no problem and then went to pay for the main item but when i went to finalize the payment I got an a Barclays security message, so I put the 3 digits from my password in and then it said transaction declined, a few seconds later i got a call from Barclays asking me to confirm the the transactions were mine, Barclays then said that I wouldn't need to do anymore, so I waited about an hour for the receipt from Driftworks to come through but it didn't come, so I decided to reorder the item again but now it i get an error message whenever I try to pay for the item i get an error message come up saying error in payment transaction not found, any help would be appreciated I'm pulling my hair out here

Similar to the problem I had dude, will have to wait until they're open on Monday but I'm sure it'll all get sorted fine :) :thumbs:
