fcuh - those are skylines and this is a cefiro ... skylines are MUCH more common

and the PW cefs u show are just the landed price, u got MOT, road tax ontop of that and the last MOT i did with an import cost me over a grand so this is a fair prce...selling mine for about the same ....

best to cmpare the price of this cefiro with another cefiro and not a different car

can vouch for this car as i have seen it and it is truely MINT condition and worth every penny

There are some cefiros in there mate....I doubt a dealer would be selling a car which needed significant work to pass an MOT. The last car which I bought across here cost me significantly less than a grand to get on the road!!
With all due respect, if yours has cost you a grand to get MOTd, then i would think your selection process is flawed....

ffs you nobber. cefiro prices on this board right now:

PV cheap averagely modded....£3500 landed (3 month wait and faffing)
PV biggly modded......£5900 landed (3 month wait and faffing)
Cef-drifta's cef........£5750 (?)
tofu-bens...............£6500

its not overpriced. and i want it.....give me it for free ben

Look, Im sure its a really nice cef, and I dont wish to destroy Bens thread, so feel free to PM me... but the crucial point is, all the above cars AFAIK are still for sale. The market for cefiros is so small that the buyer really does command the price. I realised this from when I tried to sell my FC RX7. When the market is small, the buyer dictates the price, not the seller. How many people are there in te country who want a cefiro and have 6.5k to throw at it? Beyond the drift community, I cannot really think of many people who would spend 6.5k on an powerful executive 4dr saloon from 1989.
Prices for some cars are truly ridiulous like hachis for example. But they have a cult following and the market is good for them and so the seller can to some extent command the price.

If you follow what im saying, feel free to pm me as I dont wish to ruin bens thread. Unless of course bens want all this in his thread lol?!

I'd pay 7k for that if I had the cash if you took the time too look back at ben's thread you'd see the amount of work he's put into it.

o come on, look at what 7k can buy you.
An RX7? Fully rebuilt and warrantied for one year....wont ever be older than 1992. A supra TT? from 1994 onwards?, BMW M3? R33 GTST...
If you really feel the need for a 4 door exectuive saloon, how about an aristo TT? BMW 540? 535 - the shape from 1997 onwards (iirc)

And the best part about all (well most) of the above is that parts are readily available...

And the term "drift ready car" when it coms to selling cars on this board is quite funny IMO. What it basically means is, its had all the interior ripped out, the suspension has been modified so that you can feel it when you run over spiders, and its pretty uncomrtable to drive....itll prolly have an exhaust so its noisey...basically it means the car is raped
ANd if its competition ready, then its had plates welded on the chassis for a roll cage....

ANd a lot of roll cages do more harm than good....especially if you arent going to take the time to weld proper box sections in etc...

Tell PV that his cars are flawed and see how long u last on this forum mate

Shut up, get a grip and go moan somewhere else, this is Ben's thread to sell his kickass Cefiro which he's spent many an hour working on. I think he's more than entitled to put his own car up for sale for as much as he wants and frankly if you don't want to buy it then its none of your bloody business. A car is worth what someone wants to pay for it. If someone offers Ben £6500 for the car then its worth that to them. You've spoiled this thread for Ben allready and to be honest thats completely unacceptable. If you were trying to sell a car and someone came along like you've done and spout some tosh about a car you've no intention of buying then I believe you'd be mightily pissed off. I know I would. Move on, theres nothing more for you here...

Good luck with the sale Ben. Its a very nice example of a Cefiro. I know that the wheels alone are worth a small fortune and the work you've done/had done to it makes it worth what you're asking. Don't listen to the guy from Chavfield.

Mate you dont have to look at this thread if you dont like what you see, Ben wants 6.5k for it and thats the end of it
im sure if he cant sell it then he will drop the price a bit
and from what you said there it sounds like driftworks aint the place for you

oh and good luck with the sale Ben:thumbs:

a little while ago when i saw a cefiro on here for the 1st time i thought it was ugly and moved straight on.
but then i got reading bens story about this car and i was very impressed at the amount of time, effort and money that he has put into the car:thumbs:
i would quite happily take this car off your hands but unfortunatly the missus dont like them:cry:
i wish ya the best of luck with the sale mate!!!

GUYS, thanks alot.:worthy:
let us put it this way...
if the people don't like the Cefiro, they will see its a pig. (i know it)
people like me and others love it alot, we see its super model.
i can only say this car is a pices of MY art work.:p

FCUH----please tell me why people will pay lot of money for a bike or super 7 ?
bike = max for 2 people, no air con, no music, no comfortable seat...
or
how comfortable if you seat in a super 7, how noisey is the engine ??

why people still buy them? they love it alot! they love the feeling about it!!

Here is Driftworks. we all drift fans here. we all like drift car, we all like strip all the interior out, we all like lock-ed diff.........
if you don't like all this stuff, DW is not a place for you.

PV Andy have two good spec Cefiro for sale, yes they are at good price. why don't you buy it??
stop make youself :euge:
