Could be a nice stock example. Doesn't say anything about a blinky dash fix, so if that hasn't been done you could definitely blag some cash off. New dash from Toyota £2k, £200 if you know the right chap on TIF.
Alarm? Difficult to get insurance without one. £250. MPH conversion+delimit? £50.
Cambelt and waterpump changed at 60000? £280 if not.
Wheels and tyres? Stock the ride is great, but doesn't handle too well on those 16in wheels and 225 tyres. Cheap 17in wheels £250. R888s £600. T1-Rs are ok, but a bit floppy.
Not sure about clutches as I have not owned a manual. They are rare. In a way it's almost better to get an auto because the engine and transmission will be less worn, but then you need to sink the cost of conversion.
The question is, what do you do about the 2-pot sliding calipers on the front? You could find a mkiv UK Supra in bits and get the front brakes off those, or you could go high end with AP Racing (£2200+) and 18in wheels. I went for the middle ground with the six-pot Hispecs.
Apparently 70% of Soarers made were that dark green colour, so it's a good choice if you need body parts. I remember when mine looked like that
