LQQK what keighley got now

I spent a day driving 300 miles to look around keighly. They import ANYTHING, no quality control, and charge top dollar for a lot of it.

It is possible to get a good'un from them. But there's NO BACKUP, and they know FUCK-ALL about anything...

They imported a monster spec Mr2 a while back - 800+bhp or somthing daft like that. It was bought. It was driven off the lot. The engine blew up. They admitted to putting in normal unleaded. Washed their hands of it. The car was priced at over 10k from what I remember.

More bad experiences than good from what I hear.

One of my mates was looking at an S15 Spec R they had for sale, glad I read this thread first though.

Don't fancy travelling down from Scotland to look at it just on the off chance it might be a good un

Why o why would they put that heavy old lump in a silvia what a waste , just think in japan they fit s20det in Z32 and there's a good reason fo it , You only got to look at the powerdrift silvia car just above to see why, lighter more nibble and pure race ready :dw:

I,ll get me coat :wack:

davie-s thank you I have seen that, and I do realise that you cant go cheap, however 7k is just out of my range, Im looking to spend 4kish, but by saying that Im not offering you 4k for yours, thats just insulting.

Im keeping an eye on what Powervehicles has to offer, if he is a trusted supplier here there must be good reason :)

Ha ha no worries matie I was only making you aware of it ;) powervehicles have some nice cars should get what you need for the dough.

I introduced KTC to drift cars about 18 months ago   they helped me source a few cars before I had my own contacts. Then the bastards copied me and continued bringing the same cars in. I remember them asking why I wanted such an old Corolla (AE86) and explaining about drifting Initial D etc
I have also sold them some cars recently (non of the crap you see there though). Its a family run business and nobody in there family knows anything about Japanese cars. They have one brother (the dude with the big tash) who knows a little. They also have a body shop in Burnley somewhere. Alot of the cars go in there before they go on site. I don't want to say anything else because I may get sued.
But to be fair they do have some good cheap cars sometimes, just dont expect any help or knowledge.
