My god I just realized you have Road Rash. It appears the graphics suck big time on a Sega Mega :) I have the original CD by the way for PC. Do you get the videos?

gonna be brutally honest mate, i used to trade retro consoles and the market has died. your best bet is to take it to a 2nd hand games shop and trade in for something else.
