Monday 19th march drifting at Teesside

Cool, not really fussed about getting on the track as I don't have insurance, I'm only a very amateur photographer so haven't bothered with it.
 
to confirm, this is definitely happening? Someone said the other day that it had been moved to the 30th?

good, cos im about to book a half day unpaid, I'd be pissed if it was for no reason! I assume paying on the day will be ok since there wont be that many people attending?
 
Pretty sure thats fine Munkul. They've not stopped people before...

As for the date being moved... Who said that? Nothing has been said at the track as far as I'm aware and i've been there LOADS this past few weeks...
 
a mate of mine. To be fair, i took it with a pinch of salt since he has never actually drifted on a track before...

spot on :) although now im finding it hard to find someone to come with me, most of my mates cant get out of work!
 
The day is very much still on we have not even spoken about changing it although i have replied to a text wrong the other day but then quickly re-replied with the correct info.
We are a very friendly bunch so even if you come on your own you'll have plenty of people to chat to all day :o)
 
Very tempted to come along to this before NDC, I'm presuming its still on? not seen any hype about this day, but i guess its all build up for NDC
 
no hype its as its a monday so many people get all excited about it then notice they cant make it and moan .lol. But yep its on 19th 9-5 national track and west track .

NDC
saturday 24th west track 1-4pm
national track 4-7pm
Sunday 25th national track 9am practice followed by qualifying and finals to finish by 6pm .
 
I'm working till 2 on the 19th so hopefully you guys will still be drifting then as I will be coming straight from work to take some photos
 
Pay on the day mate, don't think there will be any problem about numbers, Monday's are normally pretty quiet, probably be about 10 of us there
 
all packed up and ready to rock after a few hours in work tomorrow, should land in before 2 oclock tomorrow. Should be great, it should stay dry as well!
