mr2 turbo highly modified but non runner £2500 ono

i have a mr2 turbo for sale which is very modified but unfortunatly two weeks ago the cam belt snapped ,the damage is not as bad as it could have been as i was only doing about 10mph however it still requires an engine rebuild.

[spec]
1990 H reg. yellow, 63,000km,mot till end of oct, air con ,t-bar, leather + suede interior.

[mods]
blitz turbo kit consisting of big turbo, intercooler,external waste gate, down pipe and all hard pipping. Full stainless exhuaust de cat, apexi power fc + commander, hks induction kit, larger injecters,greddy boost controler,greddy boost gauge,blitz tubo timer,trd speedo,15 in bbs alloys, full bodykit toms air scoop, drilled and grooved brake discs,front rear and gab strut braces. These are the mods i know about there is quite likely to be more it is also highly possible that it has some uprated internals but as i have not taken the engine apart i cannot confirm this.

[repairs needed]
engine rebiuld due to cam belt failure,down pipe needs welding or replacing new brake pads and some minor body work only to bodykit.

i cannot stress how fast this car is [when running] it really is a super car beater i know ive done it. i have not had the car rolling roaded but i would be very shocked if it was any less than 350 bhp as a few of my friends have carss that are 350 bhp and it beats them, it is stupidly fast .

was £3000 ono now £2500 no offers wanna sell it this week

i can also vouch for this car it is time machine quick, and the sound of that external wastegate :thumbs:

Im affraid these arnt a non interfearance engine, i work for Toyota and have seen a few with snapped cambelt! But if you are truthful in saying you were only doing 10mph you should be lucky!

robbs: why dont you get the cambelt changed and see if the engine runs ok?? Its worth a go because if it hasnt done any damage you will either be able to sell the car for more £$£$£ or just keep it and go drifting! :)
 
rob[black betty] there has been damage i have had the car leak tested and 2 of the valves are leaking at 20% the rest are fine i planned on tidying the car a little and selling it anyway so i could buy another s14 but now this has happend i cant be bothered to spend anymore money on it i just want to sell it
 
Hairy muff then mate! (aka fair enough mate lol)

Thats a shame it hit the valves! If only MR2's were more predictable in a sideways motion i would have a turbs cuz even in std form they are a quick motor!

i was told this the other day but apparently not maybe its the later 2's that have but wotever its damaged any how
