Yeah it was! I was well happy with the job John did on the bootlid too! 4 fist sized holes plated excellently - then I went to John Drury out in Codicote for the flatting and painting and got another good deal. I'm definitely thinking of going to one of the welding lessons at Brooklands - as much for the stories from John as for the welding !

Great to see the beast looking so good! Since I didn't specify which batman would drive it in my post I should have mentioned I'm definitely thinking of "Batman Begins" not any of the other films ... the ninja-batman!
