Not been stressing too much with the car for the last couple of months but done a fair bit such as tidying up pikey Japanese wiring, replacing broken bits etc.
Strip down:
Test fitted Dan Joyce's WORK Seeker EXs. They don't fit:
Spent a while correcting wiring with the MAF, tidying up the loom, deleting the aircon, fixing the power steering leak and fitting a new Mocal oil cooler to my GREX setup, this time with the cooler mounted underneath the slam panel unlike the previous owner's inspired decision to mount it right behind the corner of the front bumper.
Also spent a while trying to figure out what radiator would be suitable - went with a Driftworks S14 SuperCool item which was a straight fit and I just made a few little brackets so my Calsonic fans could bolt up to it.
Picked up some pristine headlights, side lights and corner lights from Jesse Streeter so I'm not caught out if I do crash:
Took it for a drive and now dailying it for a little bit:
Other than the water temp sender needing replacing and the headlights and brake lights only working properly when the lights are on Automatic mode, everything so far seems ok.
You might notice the original front bumper and skirts are back - these have been moulded so myself and other Laurel users can replace aero easily. I should get my original rear bumper and fibreglass bonnet back soon and then it's off to paint for a fresh coating of black on black.
