Nissan releases new Skyline Coupe

Saw one the in the fresh outsite my college the other day, i have to say i've never been to unhappy to see a skyline in my life. It as ugly as paris hilton.

100bhp per ton would mean all 370bhp right at the top of the rev range and bugger all torque. Awesome.

I think you mean 100bhp per litre. Unless the new Skyline really does weigh 3.7 tonnes ;)

I don't know what people are bitching about. Some skylines looks like bags of toss. Look at low end R33 skylines and they look completely wank.

This is a smoothly styled sports coupe, with practically as much power as old GT-R models. What's not to like?

And i remember that the new GT-R will use 3.8 twin turbo engine. Which makes 476hp. Confirmed by Nissan Co. Jp. And it will have dual- clutch automatic transmission (6spd) combined to AWD.

oh great, spangly AUTO boxes, when will engineers learn that half the fun of driving a sports car is smashing the feck out of the gearbox?! If it came with a dog box id be impressed...

Also, the blow off valves... aint they the same ones from the RB20DET back in 1989... :wack:

I think we can safely say, thanks to this load of wank, that Japanese performance cars are dieing... Since the end of the 90's generation of cars, we've just had shit cars...

RIP. lol.

Ditto!

Although what makes the R35 GT-R diffrent from previous models is that it will be sold atleast in Asia, Europe and America. Instead of just Japan, so it does not have that JDM aspect anymore. Its not the same that people at work talks about the new Skyline GT-R on coffee break. It used to be that they spoke at 911's, M3's and AMG's, and you told about something called GT-R.
